- A: AnswerI found my answer. I love this machine because if you want to add liquid bleach or fabric softener you can easily do this by just opening the lid as long as it is not on lock mode. I recommend this machine because I prefer an agitator and it is a heavy duty machine.

A: AnswerPLS TRY THIS. when power turns back on, the lights will blink back on including the lid lock indicator light. push on and hold the start button till you hear a click or a change in the light status. release start button and wait fot the red indicator light to turn off. you do this same process if you want to stop the machine while it is in operating mode. good luck!Answered by Anonymous

We love our new washer!
Great “simple” washer for commercial purposes. Washes and cleans great! We’ve had the agitator make loud noises but it has not currently impeded the ability of this washer to work. Will be looking at the commercial drier next!

Delivery date has changed twice. We should now receive it on 04/29/24 — if we are lucky. No one can tell me why it is taking so long. We bought it on 3/9/24.

Bought this washer for big extended family. Its heavy duty and at the same time quite. Its well built and good quality. Hopefully last a long time.
