- A: AnswerWe’re now having this issue with our smart range, been stuck on hourglass for 12 hours. Tried unplugging for 5 min then plugging back in, and tried turning circuit breaker off for 5 min also. Neither helped, still stick. I can’t find any solutions online either, this is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially because this is Labor Day weekend.

- A: AnswerYes - piece of cake. Heat it up with a heat gun or a hair dryer. Lift it with a plastic scraper while heating. I cleaned off the residue that was left behind with acetone, but you could use goo gone or nail polish remover. Finally, polish it with bar keepers friend. It's a 5 minute job and you can't tell it was ever there.

A: AnswerReplaced mine with a dimmable led and it works great. Matches my under cabinet lighting. Hate the yellow look of yesteryear lighting in the kitchen. its a G9 bulb. use this for your search G9 LED Bulb Pathway Lights Dimmable 2W (20W Halogen Equivalent) Warm White 3000K G9 Base 2835. - A: AnswerNot sure but I have had similar issues. Only had mine about a month, it restarted once when I turned on the hood fan while microwaving. The hourglass will come up and it will reset. Made sure I got the warranty but I am just hoping this is a good product. Fingers crossed.

Quiet, modern, good looking microwave
I had to replace my 4yr old 36in Kitchen aid gourmet microwave due to quality issues, 36in are no longer available so I decided for this one. Before then I had to add some spacers made of the same material as my current cabinet. My kitchen now looks updated and very sleek. The microwave is quiet, easy to use, snd has some nice features that I have not used yet but are worth trying them like: convection, mobile operation, alexa enabled etc. We are happy with it.

Meh
I waited a couple months to write a review. I saw all the negative posts, but the positive ones sold me. Don’t make my mistake believing they were just a few unsatisfied people. First Positives: 1.) It cooks food. 2.) The sensor cook seems to work well, especially on soups. 3.) It looks great. Negatives: 1.) Will not stay connected to the internet. So all the features they advertise are usually not available. 2.) The touchscreen needs a major overhaul. It constantly freezes and we have to unplug the microwave to reset it. If you buy it make sure to get the warranty.

Whirlpool microwave
Needed a new microwave. Did not realize you could get one with convection. Did our 1st chicken and it was great. So far everything is great. Would recommend this item if you have to replace your current microwave.
