- A: AnswerThe outlet on my wall is about 44 inches and my refrig is about an inch from the wall. The inch is required because there is a white "control" box about 4" X 6" at the lower end of the rear panel of the refrig that effectively prevents the unit being right up against the wall which I am not sure you would want anyway. My unit is near a door, so the framing of the door extends about half an inch from the wall which gives the appearance that the unit is snug against the wall. BTW, great refrig.

Disappointed
Interior of fridge does not match the price point. Disappointing at best. Top drawer is so flimsy the drawer overly flexes just to get it to release from its catch.

Thermador French Door Refrigerator
The refrigerator is “awesome” in my own words. Delivery took around 4.5 months but it was definitely worth the wait. Bought this to replace a Viking and in my opinion this one is built much better and has so much more space than my previous one. And the finishing touch is the cool ice cubes it makes. Best Buy’s delivery and installation of the refrigerator went flawlessly.

Wonderful machine
Wonderful Machine! Quiet and keep food at the right temp. Makes lots of ice. Lighting illuminates so nothing is hidden. Shelves are adjustable beyond what the competition offers. Plus it looks great.
