Don't sleep on this monitor
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't seen any reviews about this monitor, so I decided to grab one and test it out. Also, it was an open box with a decent price, so why not. I had to adjust a few display settings like brightness, color, contrast, sharpness to match my MacBook Pro display. I also messed with my display setting on the laptop. I changed the color profile to Color LCD, turned off True Tone and HDR. I got it really close to match the Retina. I also use this monitor for gaming, I had to adjust some brightness and contrast to my liking, but I got it where I'm happy with it. I dislike that it doesn't have any Free Sync or G Sync capabilities but it works for casual gaming and not so competitive gaming. The ports this monitor has are, 1 HDMI (which sucks), 3 USB ports (can be used as a hub), and 1 USB C with 90w Power! There's a 3.5mm output, BUYER BEWARE, this monitor DOES NOT have speakers. I found out the hard way. It's a great start for intermediate photographers and gamers, I think. It's well priced, but there are better options if you're willing to spend a few buck more. I've been contemplating on exchanging it but I can't justify spending more.

Great Value
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had this for 5 months and so far I have enjoyed using this as my editing monitor. The clarity and color depth is great. You can control the saturation if it is a little too vibrant for your liking. The brightness on this is more than adequate. I typically keep the brightness around 35-50% throughout the day and night. If you are a casual gamer who prefers a high visual experience over the best performance, then I would recommend this as your gaming monitor. You will find good value in this as a graphic designer, photo, or video editor. Everything looks so crisp. Check out my full review on youtube. https://youtu.be/hndxMLgdoUI

Pixel Graveyard
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.was super excited for a decently cheap 4k monitor but when it arrived pixels started dying as soon as I plugged it in. After about an hour or two there were enough dead pixels to notice while pushed back from my desk, losing more over the next while. Super sad that I waited for this for it to come out of the box with problems. Best Buy support was useless, Samsung probably will be too if they ever call me back.

Nice monitor… until it wasn’t.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture and color is great and it worked perfectly… just until it was out of warranty. It started literally turning off for 1-3 seconds randomly while I am playing Xbox on it. This could happen every minute or two, or just a couple of times, or not at all… no way to tell how the motnitor felt that day. I troubleshot with Samsung tech support, bought a new power cord, and still does it. It works great for work purposes with my laptop though… go figure. I just bought a new second monitor for my Xbox - this monitor isn’t fast enough (60hz) anyway for game play.

Solid non-gaming monitor.

Crystal clear and awesome!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Crystal clear and the perfect size for business. I have the 27 inch Samsung and an old 24 inch as well as a laptop. They all work together but the 27 inch Samsung picture quality sings!

Q: QuestionCan I link two of these monitors together without a docking station?
Asked by Mark.
- A:Answer You can link two of them to your PC/Mac if there are enough ports on your PC/Mac. It's not possible to have an one-cable solution though. i.e. you cannot daisy chain the monitors and then only use one cable on your PC/Mac. Only very few monitors support daisy chain as it requires two thunderbolt ports (not just usb-c ports). Personally I would use two usb-c cables to connect each of them to my laptop because docking stations tends to be a mess. You also get all the usb-a ports on the back of the monitors to connect to your laptop this way.

Q: Questioncan a bose speaker system series 11 be hooked up to this..
Asked by target10.
- A:Answer Thank you for your question! We cannot speak directly to the features or quality of third-party solutions, but if the speaker system you wish to hookup has an HDMI, USB-A, or USB-C connection, you shouldn't have a problem connecting to your monitor.
