Easy to install, bad sensitivity

Manufacturer defect wrong size in box marked note8
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Per manufacturer-otterbox-they verified that all of the recent shipments of alpha glass that were for the note8 contained (to best buy and other vendors) the wrong size glass.Otter box customer service said their (otter boxes) manufacturer messed up. Otter box has NO eta when their manufacturer will correct the problem. The alpha glass screens in the note8 boxes are more then 1/4 too small in height. Their (otter boxes) solution to me was to buy a product from another competing manufacturer and they (otter box) said if i want one from them, that I should check back in 6 months (I'm not kidding...that's what they said).I'm guessing the ones in the box are for the S8 (and not the Note8) as they should have been.save yourself the aggravation and call otter boxes customer service 800 number=1-855-688-7269 in a few months and make sure they have resolved the problem before you try and buy and go thru all the hassle like I just did.see attached pic too see how much smaller it is...

Terrible Product

From the lack of touch sensitivity, the phone was rendered useless once this screen protector was on. Instead of choosing to aggravate myself any further, I returned this to the store and went with IQShield, which I've used on many other devices. Until they perfect the hard screen protector, I'll go with the IQShield. I'm shocked and disappointed that the defender series by Otterbox got rid of the plastic shield to protect the screen, but this is not a solution.

Was offered a replacement and took the offer. After 3 months cracks began to form on screen. Not worth the money.

Don't care for it at all

Almost like it messes up the calibration of the screen. It even makes a weird sticky noise when I press the screen.
