A: AnswerUnder Temperature Control & Defrosting on page 13 in your owner's manual for the LG 5.8 cu. ft. Single Door Freezer, Model # LROFC0605V it states "To defrost the freezer, turn the temperature control dial to the OFF (O) setting. Make sure that the drip tray is properly installed so water will collect in the tray. Once a month, unplug the power cord and allow the entire freezer to defrost. For faster defrosting, place 1 or 2 pans filled with warm water inside the freezer. Remove and empty the drip tray, dry it off, and reassemble it. Under Product Features on page 10 of your owner's manual is an illustrated diagram that shows where the drip tray is located under the glass shelf in the refrigerator.Answered by TimH

Nice compact freezer.
Nice little freezer for garage. Received this as an added bonus for free when we purchased our new LG refrigerator. Works good when we have just a few extra frozen foods that won't fit in the house fridge/freezer. It's compact and looks nice. Only downside is that the shelves inside are not adjustable so that's why the 4 star rating.

Mighty Good Freezer!!
Love it. This thing freezes everything quickly. Have it set just under the half way mark. It runs very quiet as well. Sure the shelves are not removable however the spacing between each shelf is plenty enough to put most things in between. Anything too large can just goes in the main freezer anyways. Very sleek looking unit that goes well with other stainless steel appliances. On a little side note both the sides and front are magnet friendly. :)

Works as expected
I ordered it a while back but did not get delivered until recently because it was on backorder. I like how it looks and matches my other LG appliances in the kitchen. I asked the delivery people to leave it unboxed at the front door and was able to move by myself. Not too heavy and easy to move. I was amazed by how quickly it picked up ice and reached the freezing degree. Looks great and is very convenient. My only drawback of this freezer is the size of the shelves that can hold small and flat staff but not big or high such as ice cream containers. Other than that, it is really nice and does the job. We like it so far.
