Zoe, delivery and drivers all excellent. My suggestion read the product manual some negative issues posted are normal. It would be nice if normal issues are available before purchasing. New technology is an adjustment but it has its pros. Not a quite refrigerator for the price and plastics freezer could be better. Also makes different noise and sounds depending on what the refrigerator is doing ie.. making new ice, water replenish, ice cube dropping, umm and for no reason I can’t figure out other’s noises but not all the times. I notice condensation around the inside door vents from the water first couple of weeks not an issue now. I purchased on sale and 5 yrs. warranty due to negative past history issues and ratings/reviews. I enjoy my refrigerator and so does my grandson. Sometimes it’s just a hit or miss with new appliances and new technology. Size capacity small not for me just right and love to see organization. Cons-no adjustable shelves, doors are heavy and take an extra effort to shut insta view door but the door alert helps.

Purchased it online and delivery was a breeze! Delivery was on time and the guys brought it up to my second floor with no issues. Love the door in door feature! My second favorite thing about this is the ice tray. Comes in so handy. It’s pretty quiet. I do feel like the left door slightly slams when I close it compared to the right but it doesn’t bother me too much. Would definitely recommend this item!

We never had one with an ice maker or water dispenser. The refrigerator is so quiet. It has a slick design and fit perfectly. We would have lost footage in our kitchen if we didn't go with a counter-depth model. Even though the refrigerators that are not counter-depth is less expensive, it is worth ordering it with counter-depth. All our appliances are LG now and never had an issue with any of them. Best Buy is amazing!!!!

Love the easy access door we use it often. Counter depth did not seem to reduce usable storage space but did make a difference in how far it extends into floor space, it takes up less area made my kitchen look bigger. Has 2 ice makers 1 in door with another inside freezer area .... nice feature.

Did a lot of research and was hoping the noise that people complained about wouldn't be too extreme...in my case, I don't even notice it! The front door is super convenient! Lots of space in both fridge and freezer. Extremely satisfied with this upgrade to my newly remodeled kitchen.

This product is barely an inch in each direction, but has so much space than my old one! The freezer is very well thought out with different heights to help you get the most of the space. - A:Answer The LFXC22596S has an automatic defrost but is not listed as frost free. Yes, the LFXC22596S has a dual ice maker. The automatic freezer icemaker produces 12 cubes at a time, 50-110 pieces within a 24 hour period if conditions are favorable.

French InstaView™ Door-in-Door® Counter-Depth Refrigerator, Model # LFXC22596S comes with the LG 6 Month / 200 Gallon Capacity Replacement Refrigerator Water Filter (Part ADQ74793501), Model # LT1000P installed. IT has a built-in bypass filter. If you install a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System, the pressure needs to be a minimum of 40–60 psi (2.8 – 4.2 kgf/cm2,or less than 2–3 seconds to fill a cup of 7 oz capacity). If the water pressure from the reverse osmosis system is less than 20 psi or 138 kPa or 1.4 kgf/ cm2(takes more than 4 seconds to fill a cup of 7 oz or 198 cc capacity), check to see if the sediment filter in the reverse osmosis system is blocked. Replace the filter if necessary. If the water pressure remains low, call a licensed, qualified plumber...^IFV

- A:Answer According to the Owner's Manual, some models have a variable temperature control in the glide and serve drawer. Our model, LFXC22596S, does not. "This drawer can be used for large party trays, deli items and beverages". We use it for packaged meats and cheeses. Have not stored strictly raw meat, but don't see why you couldn't. However note the drawer is not quite 3 1/2" tall, so larger meats won't fit. We love ours and find it has much more room that we envisioned. The door in door case for often used items is a favorite!

Q: QuestionDo you really have to turn off the water supply to the refrigerator to replace the water filter? If so, that's ridiculous. For refrigerators installed in a cabinet opening, there's no way to get to the water supply without pulling it all the way out.

- A:Answer The water does not have to be turned of to change the filter. Replacing the water filter causes a small amount of water (around 1 oz. or 25 cc) to drain. Wrap a cloth around the front end of the water filter cover to collect any leaking water. Hold the water filter upright, once it is removed, to prevent any remaining water from spilling out of the water filter. ^Daphane

Q: QuestionDoes this model have a split shelf to sit an upright 2L soda bottle?. I saw there was one in the LFXC24796D but it seems it is not a feature on this model. If it does not have the split shelf are they interchangeable? Can I buy one and switch it out?
