A: AnswerHi - Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in a new Profile room air conditioner. While our air conditioners are designed to eliminate condensation from the cooling process, it is possible for excess condensation to collect in the internal drain pan. This is more likely to occur during extended periods of high humidity. The air conditioner will alert you to the need to drain the indoor pan. We hope you find this helpful. - A: AnswerIt is normal for condensation to build up in air conditioners. It is recommended to install them tilted slightly outwards to ensure that they drain outdoors. If you'd like, you can view more on this on page 8 of the use and care manual. We appreciate you checking with us!

Awesome AC
Easy to install, but you may need an extra hand to help. Very quiet, very cold. Build quality is good. Overall very happy with this product.

No App Support will not work
If you plan on using to control snd track your AC forget it. Im an IT guy this app's software is beta at most. Been going back and forth with GE no luck.
