Somewhat Disappointing
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased as Christmas gift. Arrived with the impressive carrying case crushed at front panel. The microscope has fragile and delicate parts I expect will not survive the use of a beginner scientist very long. The slides are great. The telescope is lightweight and well suited for a child's use.

Nope
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is horrible. 99 cent store quality. I wish it could be returned. But I threw out the box it came in because it was a big crack in the glass.

The Family Dollar Microscope.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm fairly certain that this set is from the Family Dollar. It came to us wired backwards, so right out of the package my husband needed to rewire the microscope and tape it back just to keep it in place. The kids are happy to have it for now because it's something scientific and fun, but do yourselves a favor and please do not skimp and purchase this set. We found a much nicer set (at a much steeper price, but for educational purposes we jumped), on Amazon. It also links up to tablets and computers so you can see things better. All in all, this is a plastic play thing that didn't make it through the manufacturing process correctly.

Telescope
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sorry I can not explain 50 characters. Wasn't worth 65.00 dollars. Very poor quality, tri pod to short. If my little didn't like it so much, I would return it ,but it's her first. For the price I expected much better. I did like the case. So it would be hard to recommend others to purchase did product. My opinion 30.00 dollars top.
