So I always keep spare cartridges in my office cupboard as not to get caught out & have ordered this same make before with no issue, however I’ve just replaced the cartridge and it says its an ‘unsupported’ cartridge! £60.00 wasted!
Not even sure how I return as no seller listed!

Ich habe den Toner gekauft, weil mein originaler leer war und ich einige sehr große Druckaufträge vor mir hatte.
Ich war etwas skeptisch, weil ich bisher mit markenfremden Tonern schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Diese gab es hier auch nach mehr als 2000 gedruckten Seiten nicht.
Es tritt kein Toner ungewollt aus der Tonerpatrone aus (das ist bei markenfremden Tonern oft anders!).
Der Toner passt einwandfrei und wir auch problemlos vom Gerät erkannt und akzeptiert.

Das Druckbild ist hervorragend und absolut gleichwertig zum Original. Es gibt keine Schlieren auf dem Papier und die Buchstaben werden scharf und gleichmäßig gedruckt. Wir haben absolut keine Nachteile feststellen können und daher sind die 5 Sterne mehr als verdient. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

La cartouche reçue était défaillante.
Lorsque j'ai inséré la cartouche dans mon imprimante LEXMARK CX510DE, il n'y pas eu de "clic" habituel des autres cartouches.
Pourtant, je ne pouvais pas plus l'insérer...

L'imprimante m'affichait alors un message d'erreur m'indiquant que la cartouche n'était pas reconnue et il était impossible d'imprimer.

Avant de renvoyer la cartouche, j'ai comparé celle reçue avec l'ancienne et je me suis aperçu qu'un petit levier plastique n'était pas positionné de la même manière entre la cartouche d'origine et la compatible.

J'ai donc changé la position de ce levier sur la cartouche compatible qui a pu s'insérer correctement dans l'imprimante.

La cartouche est désormais reconnue et opérationnelle.

J'ai perdu du temps, du toner qui est tombé lors de la manipulation et je regrette que le fabriquant ne vérifie par les cartouches avant envoi...
