I purchased this cable to replace a cheaper one I had that came apart. This cable by StarTech is a well built cable with very good strain relief and durable casings around the connector ends. I prefer the long plastic screw knobs on this cable because the screws can be retracted for situations where it is being connected to another cable that has screws sticking out.
