Like others have said, the capacitor came with 4 terminals on top. Like the one I’ve attached a picture of.The orange one labeled CPT is an additional feature added to the capacitor, but is not required to be used. Worked as a replacement for my original 3 contact capacitor with the remaining 3 contacts. HERM, FAN, and COMMON.The CPT terminal is just there with nothing attached.So far so good. Fan started freely with no buzzing. The air inside is blowing cold. We will see in the long run how it goes.

If it was 64th inch thinner, it would have fit perfectly. I sanded the edges of the mounting hole to make it fit. Got my A/C back up in no time thanks to Amazon and this seller.
Take a picture before you unplug it, and look at the picture to make sure you can read which terminal each wire was on. Or write it down. If you get lost:
Common wire should connect to the contactor relay
Herm wire will go the compressor
And Fan wire to the big Condenser fan motor.
