The range not only offers easy to use "Plug and Play" functionality to achieve high bandwidth connectivity, but also N-Way auto-negotiation functions to connect network devices at the highest possible data speed and automatically enable duplex mode. The 1100 Series Fast Ethernet switches are ideal for office environments prone to typical interference because they offer superior energy efficiency and Ethernet connectivity.

The Zyxel 1100 series includes four Fast Ethernet switches and two Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches: ES1100-8, ES1100-16, ES1100-24 and ES1100-24E, ES1100-8P and ES1100-16P. The Zyxel ES1100-8P/16P/16/24E Desktop Units are the perfect solution for small offices and SOHO environments, providing reliable network connectivity and even fit well in a rack. The ES1100-24 switch is designed for 19" racks and is easily installed in standard distribution cabinets.

Installation space by Power over Ethernet (ES1100-8P/16P)
The ES1100-8P and ES1100-16P switches are IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) compliant and can be mounted easily in demanding areas such as ceilings or walls. They power devices such as Wi-Fi access points, VoIP phones and IP surveillance cameras powered by Ethernet connection via a CAT-5 cable with a length of less than 100 m. Additional power supplies are not required, and you do not have to worry about the power supply of ceiling-mounted devices. This feature helps businesses reduce installation and minimize costs when many new devices are needed.

Connection usage detection - IEEE Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) compliant
This feature automatically detects network traffic and dynamically adjusts power consumption. Thus, the power consumption is reduced in the period of low connection usage.

Detecting an inactive link
With the adjustment of power consumption, power consumption is automatically reduced as soon as a network device turned off or an inactive connection is detected. In other words, the power consumption of the series can be adjusted according to the connection state or the number of active network devices.

Cable length detection
Devices with this eco-friendly feature can automatically detect the length of the connected Ethernet cables and adjust the power consumption accordingly. The shorter the cable, the lower the energy consumed.

Si se cuelga o reinicia el router de movistar, gracias a este switch sigo con la red activa y no se cortan las películas desde el sevidor a la tele. Fácil instalación . lleva dos meses instalado y ningún problema . No lo he tenido que apagar por ningún motivo. Lo tengo en un rack de 10”. No trae adaptador para rack de 10” y debería.
