Would not suggest for long term or overnight use. Downside is that ALL cable locks can be defeated in seconds with a pair of bolt cutters.

This lock basically prevents nothing. My bike using it got stolen today under daylight. The cctv shows the thief used literally 10 seconds to cut it off. A garbage lock cost my road bike, could have been my ninebot too although didnt happen. BUY A U LOCK instead!
