With read/write speeds of up to 3200/2200 MB/s, KC2000 units deliver remarkable strength and improve workflows across desktops, workstations, and high-performance computing (HPCs). Its compact M.2 design offers more flexibility and not only increases storage capacity, but also saves space. Available in capacity from 250 GB to 2 TB², depending on your system needs. The KC2000 is a self-encrypting disk that supports full data protection with AES encryption based on 256-bit hardware. Enables independent software vendors with TCG Opal 2.0 security management solutions, such as Symantec, McAfee, WinMagic and others. In addition, the KC2000 incorporates Microsoft eDrive, a security storage specification for use with BitLocker.

Preso in offerta a 150€ devo dire che è stato un'ottimo acquisto.
Molto veloce, ottime temperature (ovviamente abbinato a un dissipatore che ho comprato a parte)
ATTENZIONE: Il primo che ho acquistato dopo circa 2 settimane ha smesso di funzionare, prontamente sostituito e più nessun problema.
Quindi se possibile prima di installare il sistema operativo testare per qualche settimana!

Update:
Am 19.01.2020 eingebaut und mit großer Begeisterung seitdem durchschnittlich ca. pro Tag eine Stunde abends zum Daddeln genutzt. Heute normaler Start. Beim Aufruf eines Spiels eine Fehlermeldung, die Partitionen wurden angezeigt aber kein Zugriff möglich. Neustart. Die Partitionen waren verschwunden, die Platte war auch in der Datenträgerverwaltung nicht mehr aufgeführt. Herunterfahren und ein paar Minuten gewartet, danach kein Neustart mehr möglich, PC bleibt beim Startbildschirm hängen und kommt nichtmal mehr ins Bios. Da alles andere funktioniert hat Ausbau der Kingston (dank erforderlichem Ausbau der Grafikkarte ein Riesenaufwand, den Rechner auch erst unter dem Tisch wegzuholen). Neustart. Rechner startet normal. Wiedereinbau der Kingston. Rechner hängt wie zuvor. Ausbau der Kingston, Einbau der Vorgängerplatte (Samsung 960 Evo). PC startet normal. Danach habe ich die Kingston an zwei PCs (einmal im M.2-Slot und auch an allen PCs nochmal mit einer PCIe-Steckkarte (auch an dem Ursprungs-PC) ausprobiert. Alle Rechner hingen mit der Kingston beim Booten fest. Das ist das erste Mal seit Jahrzehnten, dass ich mit einem Produkt von Kingston Probleme hatte. Trotzdem kommt keine Kingston mehr in meinen Rechner. Ich bleibe jetzt bei Samsung. Ein tolles Gefühl obendrein, eine SSD zurückzuschicken mit einem fertig eingerichteten Windws mit allen Daten drauf, weil man die Platte nicht mal mehr löschen konnte.

Original-Rezension:
Aufgrund einiger äußerst positiver Testberichte dieser SSD habe ich mit der 1 TB-Version dieser SSD eine 500 GB Samsung 960 EVO ersetzt, auf der zuvor "nur" Spiele waren. Aufgrund der o.g. Testberichte habe ich auf dieser SSD testhalber Windows 10 installiert. Nach vollständiger Installation aller Treiber und der üblichen Programme habe ich die Schwester-SSD in den zweiten Steckplatz wieder eingesetzt, auf der ebenfalls Windows 10 installiert ist und beide Systeme im Wechsel miteinander verglichen. Ich konnte keinen Unterschied ausmachen. Angesichts der Tatsache, dass die andere SSD eine vermeintlich überlegene Samsung 970 EVO plus ist, kann man das als höchstes Lob verstehen - und das soll es auch sein.

Mit einem Kühlkörper von Icy Box versehen tut die Kingston KC2000 im oberen Steckplatz zwischen Grafikkarte (eine GTX 1080ti mit stehenden Lüftern im Leerlauf) und CPU (i7-8700K) ihren Dienst ohne jedes Temperaturproblem - nicht einmal, als ich die knapp 500 GB Spieledaten (Gruß an Rockstar, ihr verbraucht echt viel Platz!) zurückkopiert habe. Windows 10 durfte auf der Platte bleiben, denn auch als Systemplatte ist die Kingston hammermäßig schnell und Platz ist dank 1 TB auch genug.

Was man bedenken sollte: 1 TB-SSDs haben eine beidseitig bestückte Platine und passen unter Umständen nicht mehr in Notebooks, wo bisher eine 500 GB-SSD dank einseitiger Bestückung problemlos betrieben werden konnte.

Ein in meinen Augen großer Pluspunkt für die Kingston ist die Möglichkeit, eine OEM-Version von Acronis True Image HD zu nutzen (ein Code findet sich unter der SSD). Das bietet Samsung nicht. Dafür bietet Samsung mit dem Magician-Tool etwas, das Kingston nicht kontern kann. Und einen eigenen, optimierten NVMe-Treiber bietet Kingston auch nicht, sondern nutzt die veralteten, generischen MS-Treiber. Das wäre noch ein Punkt zur Verbesserung. Ansonsten bleibt nur das

Fazit: Eine SSD mit hammermäßiger Performance und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Kapazitätsverhältnis!

Definitely like it. I didn't use the software you made available to migrate from a previous Samsung SATA 3 250 Gb SSD which came with the machine a few years ago. Mini Tool Partition Wizard worked rapidly and reliably and I had confidence in it - so I used that. I had another home for the Samsung drive in a slow laptop which I wanted to upgrade. That is to follow around Christmas.

The M2 drive installed faultlessly and the mother board supported the M2 - so it was a no-brainer. I'm not a gamer so I haven't rated that feature. No doubt it would be fine. Otherwise it's splendid.
