The JGB915 stands out thanks to its speedy convection oven and convenient (bottom) warming drawer. Fast and even-baking, the convection oven offers an automated conversion feature that easily changes all your favorite recipes so they are compatible with the new system. When you're finished preparing your tasty specialties, simply place them in the warming drawer until everything is ready to serve. Moving upwards to the cooktop you'll find easy-clean, sealed burners topped with durable cast-iron grates. Flexible burner configurations work well for a variety of tasks and are especially well suited to holding a simmer. Of the four burners, one offers a simmer of just 600 BTU, which is ideal to hold a sauce at 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The controls are QuickSetV, one of the more sophisticated electronic control options that GE offers. This system has an audible preheat signal and an automated oven shutoff. Most of the up-to-date features available on the market are packed into this model and include an electronic ignition, delay self-clean, hi/low in-oven broil, and meat probe. The only thing lacking is halogen interior lighting; this model offers just the standard interior light. Available in your choice of common colors including bisque, black, white, or stainless steel, this range is a sure fit for any kitchen decor you may have in mind.
