NetBraze 15 is a silver alloy, also know as BCuP - 5, 15% silver, is often the alloy of choice when close fit ups cannot be held. Joint clearances of .002" to .005" are suggested. The liquidus temperature for Netbraze 15 is 1475 F, 802 C and its solidus is 1190 F, 643 C. NetBraze 15 is an excellent HVAC and Refrigeration industry standard for brazing copper to copper applications without the need for flux. NetBraze 15, along with the recommended NetBraze White Brazing Flux, can be used for brazing copper to brass. NetBraze 15 is not recommended for use with steel, aluminum or other specialty metal applications.
