Blest Sunday: Fountains: Spouts or Bubbles

Hey dearest furiends, how’re ya’ doing? I’s hope you’re all staying warm and toasty. Let me tell ya’, it’s been weather crazy around here this past week. We started out in the 80’s and by Wednesday, we had snow and ice and were back in the teens. I’s can’t hardly believe it. Snow!!! Twice in one month. (Raena shakes her head) That’s just not right. Not right at all.

Really RaenaBelle? All this snow isn’t normal?

Not fur us Zebby. Thanky thankfully, it’s supposed to be back in the low 80’s again this week. And, any of that white stuff remaining should melt off and hopefully, we’ve seen the last of it fur a while. Anyways, we’ve got something we want to tell everypawdy about today, so let’s leave the snow behind and get to it.

Petlibro capsule Drinking fountainDisclaimer: We received the Petlibro Capsule drinking fountain in exchange for our honest review. As always, we tell it like we see it. We only bring products we use or have tried, and believe would be of interest to you, our friends and readers.

Sounds good to me. Are you meowing about our new Petlibro capsule drinking fountain?

Yes Zebby, I’s am. We were recently contacted by the nice peeps and asked ifin we would like to try out their Capsule fountain fur pets. It comes in different colors, blue, orange, purple, green, and one they call stainless steel. The stainless steel fountain appears to be blue with a stainless water tray. Anyways, we received the purple capsule to try out. We just luvs purrple. The Capsule fountain has a 2.1 liter water capacity and is made of ABS (BPA free) plastic. The stainless steel option is the same with the exception of the steel water tray. The capsule comes with a filter, pump, pump filter, cleaning brush, power cord and adapter. It also comes with an easy to follow instruction manual and an 18 month warranty. The cost is $39.99 with free shipping in the U.S.. The capsule is unique in that it has a spout that the water streams from. I’s luvs to drink from a stream. With mine’s smushed face, I’s purrfur not to get too close to the drinking dish. I’s also been known to have a bit of a problem with feline acne which can be caused by and/or exacerbated by plastic. So, the stream here helps keep me further away from the plastic pawrts.

Well, I’s like to get my drink right from the stream. If I’s could put my mouth over it I’s would. I’s kinda like bubbling fountains fur that reason. ‘Course, I’s not against drinking straight from the tray either. We like the spout, but the capsule can be used without it. It then becomes a “bubbler” type. The fountain itself is purretty quiet unless the water level is low. But, mommy says that’s normal. The capsule fountain has an automatic shut off in the event the water level drops too low. The company recommends cleaning the fountain and  changing the filters every two weeks. I’s like it, so I’s give it 2 paws up.

I’s like it too Zebby. So, I’s agree, 2 paws up from me too. Mommy says it’s easy to clean, so it gets a thumb up from her. We are so Blest to get to try out cool things like this fountain. Petlibro has other great products and fountains fur the furries in your life.

  1. I LOVE my fountain! Momma won’t get plastic fountains though because of Bear’s acne. His was so bad, she’s worried we’ll react the same if she ever uses plastic – so she keeps it FAR away from us! She says better to be safe than sorry (she’s a bit overprotective). ~Latte

    Glad you like it.

You have a cute paw, Raena.

Our snow is melting a lot, too. Maybe there is hope for spring to come soon??! We sure hope so!

    Hugs to all!

  4. Nice review. That looks like a great fountain. That is good that they can drink without touching the plastic because so many do get acne. XO
