The varsity chess team from Eisenhower High School brought home four medals at the South Suburban Conference Red Division meet.
Thor Talbott won first place on Board 8, while three Cardinals took second place on their boards. Eddie Munoz took second Board 2; Fabian Villanueva won second on Board 5; and, Walter Terraza took second on Board 6.
Social studies teacher John Wydra serves as coach for the chess team.
