ULL Used Appliances

Stopped in this morning to check out their washers and dryers. It store was small and not very clean appearing. The prices were reasonable, but they were unable to tell you the age of any of their units. So I'm not sure where they are getting the prices on, because you can't just list a unit for more money because it looks good, but yet is 8 years old.

They said they offered a warranty. If it was something that couldn't be fixed you could choose something from the store, but you do not get your money back, just in store credit.

We decided not to go with this place.

My washer dryer started acting up at week six. I called and called until their machine was full. No one ever picked up the phone or called me back, even after I left a message. I live over an hour away and cannot just drop by the shop. Now I'm left with a washer and dryer that barely work and will have to go out and buy new. So much for the $500 and the $160 delivery fee.

I would not this place. We bought our washer and dryer there in December. The first dryer we received never worked and they came out and replaced with a washer with a faulty thermometer. The dryer is now useless. Thanks to our home warranty company we were able to get the dryer fix.

Store has decent prices. But once they get your money and you set a delivery date there communication is out the window. Went and purchased a stove and refrigerator. Lady was nice I paid the lady then said send pictures of plug and someone will drop it off after 12 on 9-19-20. I sent pictures no reply called 5x no return call. I have not received my refrigerator nor stove even tho it's not 12 yet. Now I'm feeling uncomfortable right now. I just want a lil communication you have my money. Just put your feet in my shoes. I receive stove and refrigerator but don't pay the ull used Appliances place I guarantee they would be at my front door. Keep them energy and vibes once deal is done.

Bate and switch. Talked to a guy about a refrigerator he knew I was coming to see today. Get there and they say they just sold it. Of course all the other refrigerators were at least double the price and not as nice. Waste of gas and time.
