      Imagine this: it is Christmas Eve and you have an international flight for a funeral in less than a week. Today is the day that for some reason you accidentally drop your phone and the screen stop working completely, not even letting you unlock it and enter your passcode. You'll be out of a phone for at least a few days, but then, additionally for another few weeks if we send it in for repair. All of the different places around are closed for the holidays, except for one. You call in with a hope that they might be able to help you, but find out they are closing at 5 PM and they have one last screen to use to replace. You make your way right away and it is about 4:17 PM. Marcus, the store manager working the Christmas Eve shift takes you in with a warm, calm, and assuring voice and takes a glance, gives you a quote, and you on your way. He gives you an estimated 45 minutes and you come back with the phone completely functioning!

      What could have been a rocky start to a holiday season and international travel was fixed and resolved within the same hour you called. Marcus even helped with the receipt formatting to ensure it is good for our insurance claim too.

      Honest workers. I made the mistake of handing my phone over without wiping it, they asked for my pw to "make sure it works". After my service I got requests to verify myself on my financial apps and a pw change.

      I walked into Repair All on a whim after Best Buy canceled my repair appointment, and Batteries Plus was clueless. They repair cell phones, gaming consoles, laptops, and more. They also sell cell phone accessories.
      Parking is easy to find in their large parking lot.
      I was greeted with a friendly smile by Denzel. He was engaging, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
      As I'd anticipated, I needed to replace the screen of my old phone so I could transfer the data off of it that wasn't properly backed up (lesson learned). He told me the cost and said it would take approximately 45 minutes.
      I was blown away as other places needed it for a minimum of several hours and weren't very friendly or helpful.
      I immediately agreed and signed on the dotted line.
      After an enjoyable snack time with my daughters next door at Jamba Juice, I checked back in as he was finishing up.
      Denzel did an amazing job, and I was ready to cry tears of joy as I had pictures of my daughters as babies, texts with family, friends, and my wife, and templates I use for my memorabilia business.
      I highly recommend them to anyone, and Denzel solidified a wonderful experience.
      Learn from my mistake, and use Apple iCloud, Dropbox,
      Google Photos, Microsoft OneDrive, Samsung Cloud, etc, regularly, so you backup your precious data and photos. It's well worth it, even if you need to make a small annual investment if you have a lot of data to protect.

      Same day usually within an hour repair (if they have the parts). Affordable considering screens are just expensive in general. Marcus had very good customer service.

      Buyer beware! Marcus the "manager" who didn't manage well repaired my device more than a month ago only for the same issue to happen a few weeks later. When I took the phone back I was told the part would be ordered and replaced under warranty. I called to verify this and again spoke to Marcus who told me to bring the device in. I bought the phone and was told to leave it overnight. Upon my arrival to pick up my phone, Marcus stated "he was wrapping things up. That my phone would be ready shortly." It should be noted the repair was under warranty. While I sat and waited patiently, Marcus then approached me with other customers present and stated he took off the screen protector that his agent put on the device and that there was a Crack on the screen and that that voided the warranty. That my option was to pay to fix the phone or he'd have to undo the work he just did. I was not prepared to pay nor did agree with his performance. It was humiliating to have other customers watch as he took an additional 30 minutes of my time disassembling my phone and replacing the defective parts they initially placed on the phone. I was late to work. Marcus never apologized, never called for back up support, offered no empathy. My business didn't matter. The warranty is a sham. They want to keep charging you for the same work. Marcus should not be in management if he treats his customers this way. Other customers overheard the conversation and seemed to agree. A gentleman I assisted on his scooter going out saidhe completely agreed and that I was awesome for the way I handled the situation! It's his job to know whether the phone is cracked or not before he starts the service.
      Disappointed in the service. I won't be referring any customers to this location nor do I plan to return! Warranty and vision fail...also no handicap automatic doors and no one got up to open the door for a gentleman on. I got up to open the door. Smh!

      Poor service seems like no one cares nor do they have product knowledge went for some simple parts and it was a complete joke I will take my business elsewhere.

      If I can give the store a -10 review I would. They don't know how to give good service and make repairs on time. Went to the store five times for one repair, and these people were unable to do their job. I would take your business elsewhere.

      I'm so lucky to have found RepairALL!!! Marcus and Denzel were AMAZING! I brought in my son's iPAD because it had a super cracked screen and it was fixed within 2.5 hours. I was impressed and very satisfied with the customer service I received. Highly recommend them!!

      This post is long overdue, but I just want to THANK Denzel and Marcus for helping me get my laptop to start up again. They definitely had the magic touch to get my laptop working when all other places I tried couldn't. Whew! They were very welcoming, professional, and provided great customer service. They are skilled and knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was there kindness and empathy. They let me charge up my laptop and use their wifi so that I could access and save my important files, especially in order to complete an assignment I had due for class to have just I case. Wow, they were absolutely amazing! The environment was positive and had good vibes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. My laptop would not be on and working today without them.
