Malco's Cinema 12

I have always loved movies. The movie going experience has always been special to me since my youth. Today as an adult, moving going is a mental health investment away from business and nostalgic joy to share a bit. Malco is my definite favorite movie theater in the area.

Thank you Malco Cinema 12 team and staff for always keeping the place clean, professional, friendly and just a (by far) marvelous energy environment to be. Bravo

Took my grand daughter to see a movie today, it was awesome! Not only was the movie great but everyone there was super friendly, I love going to places where everyone is friendly. Had a huge box of popcorn and huge rootbeer and great movie with comfy chairs, the whole experience was awesome!! If you haven't been lately, go check it out!! Enjoy your movie and don't forget the popcorn!!

Venom was a GREAT movie!!!

Having MoviePass, we come to the movies a lot. This is the most conveniently located theatre to our house, so we are here often.

I enjoy the assigned reclining seats, mostly because I hate having to arrive 45 minutes early to get a good spot.

The concession lines usually have a wait, but things move pretty quickly. The theatre looks run down from outside, but it's always been clean inside.

Misserable experience! Brrrtt! Like watching movies there and love the fact I can reserve my seat in advance. Tonight though my wife and I had to endure freezing temps in theater #4. Managment said the AC was on full blast and they couldn't turn it off. Really? You don't know how to adjust the thermostat? 30 outside and around 45 inside. Like a meat locker. Everyone was freezing and bundled up. My popcorn butter turned cold and waxy. Movie - Moonfall was bad too - not Malco's fault.

$13 for popcorn and coke I was too cold to drink

Customer experience is another casualty!

This Malco has always been my favorite local movie theater. I was so happy to see the update and remodel with recliners & the addition of a food menu and booze. I have not tried the menu or the booze, but we have been to the Theatre many times since the remodel.
I'm really writing this review for Adam, the manager who helped us this past weekend. We purchased tickets online and confused the dates. We contacted Adam and asked if he could issue new tickets for the correct day and he was so polite and helpful. He communicated with me until the issue was resolved. Great customer service!

My husband and I love coming here. The place is a little dingy but the seats in most of the theaters are the nice recliners. The staff is a little lazy. They like to talk to each other and one time they just took my ticket without looking and then pointed me to the wrong theater. They were showing the same movie in two theaters which were right next to each other, so I accidentally went into the wrong theater. But if the worker had told me its theater 7 instead of 8, I could have saved my self the trouble and another couple's trouble of trying to figure out who was in the wrong.

02/23/20. 6:30pm. Went to see The Call of the Wild. Not alot of people there, advertised to have Razorback grill, really must be hidden cause we didn't see it. Went to men's room only 2 people in there and trash cans were empty so someone had been there recently, but it was filthy every toilet had pee on seat and floor. Urinals were covered with pee as was the floor. DISGUSTING!
Went to our seats 15 minutes till show time
Popcorn on seats and sticky floor. This why people stay home and use streaming services.

I love the newly remodeled Malco Towne Cinema. They've added reclining seats, a bar and grill, and assigned seat purchases.
The staff is always very friendly.
As with all theaters, all the food and drinks are over-priced but I won't hold that against them since it's an industry standard.

We went to the movies tonight and it was like traveling back in time. It was luxurious! No masks. No social distancing. No seats in between you and the stranger sitting next to you. The place was packed both before and after our movie. The staff was super friendly and on top of everything. The popcorn was fresh and the soda was cold. And the reserved reclining seats make the entire experience so much more enjoyable. It felt like normal small town America again on a Friday summer evening. And we loved every minute of it.
