Enjoyed a Christmas Eve dinner w/my husband. Matt was our server and he was very pleasant and a great host for us on such a special occasion. It was our first time in and we've lived here for a few years nearby. Walking in the ambiance was very cozy and put a big smile on my face. Our server Matt was very knowledgeable about the menu. He was attentive and very personable.

As a prior restaurant manager, you could tell the owners & management were on the floor and very passionate about delivering great service! The smell in the building was incredible. We were able to watch the chefs prepare all the meals and we could see a window full of mouth watering dishes. The smell of all the dishes coming out was incredible. I wanted to try all the dishes! We enjoyed the Prime rib & Mahi Mahi. Both were top-notch and worth the price. I always go for the fish and this was definitely memorable and as flavorful as the color palette of the dish! Dessert is my favorite course and I NEVER have room for it and always leave frustrated I couldn't save room... Matt offered we take one to-go and it was the best idea. We went home continued to enjoy the holiday evening and enjoyed cheesecake back at the house when it was time for dessert and it was awesome! Made my night!

We're very thankful for any business able to stay open on a holiday. It's a blessing to those of us who work too hard and have no time to cater to ourselves. Mahalo!

Place is nice but overpriced and overrated for the food. The food is good but small portions and very expensive. For the price, I was expecting to be way better.

The vibe was great, the service was excellent. The BBQ ribs were not my favorite - a little dry.

Very fair prices and good produce. Easy to get to if you are UpIsland. Very friendly staff will help you find everything you need.

Had such a great parents night out here last evening! The service, ambiance, food and company were all just perfect!

Seafood curry blew me away, amazing! A unique dish I never really had anywhere else and it was just perfectly done! Ahi and shrimp in a coconut curry with veggies and sides to add at your liking, right up my alley! I'm enjoying some as leftovers right now!

Crab pizza was something I didn't think I would love but it blew me away, so creamy and delicious!

Great cocktails too - really enjoyed the entire experience !

Food and service are excellent! The Sashimi Napoleon, catch of the day(with risotto) are my favorites!

If you're looking for a quaint place with fabulous food and service, you don't wanna miss this.

Wonderful food and service! They had just opened for the first time on Sunday. I had the blacked tofu burger. The tofu was super soft and reminded me how soft and juicy a beef burger would taste like. Also someone in my group had the fish and chips. Very soft and flaky. The fish melted in the mouth!

We thought the food was very good! I ordered the paniolo ribs & my mate ordered the noodle bowl with ahi, I do have to say the Ahi was probably the best I have ever tasted.. there was no tendons in the fish at all which a wonderful thing!
Now the atmosphere wasn't the greatest.. saying that I did request to sit outside, however I didn't think I would have a view of Quonset hut buildings for an establishment that is supposed to upscale!
When the bill arrived, I wanted to wash my hands before leaving & since our reservations were at 5:00pm I was very disappointed that there wasn't soap in the restroom. After leaving my husband (mate) to close out the tab it took our server Ed a very long time to get back with him. He did apologize but I guess I expected more..
The icing on the cake was adding a 2% surcharge for the kitchen staff.. WOW.. your now telling me how to tip.. not cool

The service was great except for the mai tai they dropped on my wife. The ambiance was good.

The food however was mostly disappointing: virtually every dish sounded better when described than it actually tasted: the Mahi Mahi, the Maui onion soup, the crab pizza, the fish of the day (Ono) -- all were supposed to be their signature dishes and all were just okay. Only the short rib and the bao buns were great. The cocktails were not good. Honestly if this has been a $250 meal it would have been a good experience, but at $425 this was a terrible value.
