Tbh I kinda got scared when I ordered on the site cause the email confirmation is on different language. I thought I got scammed. Yet when delivery notifications kept on coming, I felt reassured. Got the bicycle early than delivery date and on a perfect condition(btw my Keys for the battery are not zipped tight on the battery handle unlike the unboxing vlogs and reviews from YouTube. Mine is at the handle so don’t freak out if you can’t find it… cause I did hehe). Looks amazing, no scratches and the seat is very comfy. Bike is heavy for me since I’m 5’7 and 140lbs and slim so I have to separate the battery first before loading the bike to my trunk. Still Love it. Battery last longer than expected but will still continuously check. So far these is an Amazing ride whether on trails or city. Just keep on checking that air on tires before riding. Love its versatility and worth the price(yet keep on checking for sale). Highly recommendable. Wish I have picture though. I got excited and rode it without taking pics.
Received the part that isn’t the same as the website tried to send it back and company says I will have to pay for the return fees. Hard to communicate with them because they have no phone number and after 2 to 3 days they will respond. Horrible company to work with.
This E Bike is great, I'm very happy. Ordered on Feb 1st of 2024, received it on Feb 9th.
It is working very well so far, it has lots of power, the 14 Ah battery was working very good.
First, there was no power assist, but later on, after the parameters was set correctly, there was power assist from level 1 and up, level 0 has no power assist at all, so if you need power assist, need to set it at level 1 assist or above..
Parameter 8 is for speed limit, 25km to 100km, when set to 100km, there is no speed limit.
Parameter 10 is set to 2, so the bike is pedal assist and motor power.
Parameter 11 is for time delay for the motor power come ON, set to 1 to 24, if you don't want a big jump from the motor power, set it 10 or 15, so you have to pedal 5 times or more before the motor power is ON, or set to assist level 0 with no motor power at all.
I recommended to people who looking for E Bike, this is the one for you.
Easy assembly (very little), good craftsmanship. Haven't ridden the bike far but seems well suited for adult riding and ease of riding. Researched for some time and found a bike but had an over $3K price tag! The Hitway is very well constructed and folds and unfolds easily. It is a little on the heavy side with battery but ease of removal of battery solves that problem.
We are very happy so far easy to put together.delivered unharmed look much nicer in person made well. Will update after first ride so far bought two and we are both very pleased .we researched will and the price was great
