The U97A Mini-Cat® is KVM and Audio over UTP (Cat5/5e/6) extension system. It allows a local user and a remote user to work on the same PC at different times. The remote user can be up to 500 feet away from the PC connected via a UTP (Cat5/5e/6) cable. The Receiver also has digital video compensation to compensate for signal loss at longer cable lengths. The Sender unit also has and external switch to allow only local, remote, or either station control. The Sender unit has 2 LED's to indicate which station, local or remote, currently has control. Made in the USA.
Note that KVM cables are not included. This product uses cables CW-KVM-* where * denotes different cable lengths.
