Hi,
Iam using an UCC28C42 in my circuit.I need a clarification of some resistor .Iam converting 48V to 24V .If my load increases to 4.5A then Resistor is getting heated up.
I used more wattage resistors too .
Can any one help out solve this issue.

The resistors are dissipating the energy that the snubber circuit is absorbing from the leakage inductance in the transformer during the turn-off of the primary side switch.
This paper will take you through the correct design procedure for the snubber circuit,
