"Tellus" Chardonnay , a 100% wine from the vine of the same name, which expresses the variety of the vine with determination, intensity and richness, showing a perfect combination of balance and pleasantness to drink. Tellus Chardonnay is a white that positively amazes for its sensory profile , above all because it manages to shape the adaptability of the vine to the territory, with a fruity note of a great champion. Plus note: the small price which makes it attractive to say the least.
TASTING NOTES
When tasted, Falesco's Chardonnay Tellus white wine shows a light, bright and luminous yellow color. The bouquet expresses floral aromas, aromas of cedar, citrus, white fruit and aromatic herbs. The lively sip is relaxed with rich fruity aromas and with a savory, fresh and pleasantly gastronomic finish.
PAIRINGS
Perfect match with ricotta and spinach ravioli or seafood risotto, with fish main courses and, why not, with Ariccia porchetta.
