Cisco AIR-AP1832I-B-K9 AP's failing with red residue

Just curious if anyone else is seeing this problem with the 1832I's. We've had about a dozen of these models with manufacture date 6-19 fail on us and all of them have red residue on the same spot on the underside vents.

Contact your Cisco AM/SE and organize for an EFA.

Thanks Leo,

I've already been in contact with Cisco Support and setup an RMA. They've been great to work with.

 - You  may want to attach a console , startup and check if anything useful is displayed.

Thanks Marce, But these AP's are dead and don't power up.

  - Is correct power (voltage) applied ?

Yup, I tried POE from the switch, POE from an injector, and a power adaptor with no luck.

So you are in the process of an RMA?
