This 2016 Mercedes-AMG G63 was acquired new by the current owner and subsequently modified by Brabus USA of Irvine, California, with a valve-controlled exhaust system, 23″ wheels, a front spoiler, a front bumper, a grille, exhaust pipes, and badging, after which the factory Polar White paint was wrapped in 3M Satin Black. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and three locking differentials. Factory equipment includes Designo Classic Red and black leather upholstery, Distronic, Parktronic, heated front and rear seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, piano black trim, a microsuede headliner, and COMAND infotainment with navigation. Work performed in summer 2021 reportedly consisted of replacing the steering pump, the differential and transfer case fluids, and an oil change. This G63 has 75k miles and is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a Carfax report and a clean California title.
The truck was factory finished in Polar White and was reportedly wrapped when new in 3M Satin Black by Aerowerkz in City of Industry, California, after Brabus USA painted the running boards, the spare tire carrier, and the Brabus front grille in Satin Black. Additional Brabus accessories include a front spoiler with dark daytime running lights, dark replacement headlamps, a front skirt, exhaust tips finished in black chrome, a Brabus “B” grille emblem, a hood emblem, and badging. The Carfax report shows damage to the front and undercarriage occurred in November 2017 along with damage to the front in April 2019. The seller states that the Brabus valance panel was repainted. Scuffs and scratches on the running boards and the spare tire carrier can be seen in photos presented in the gallery below.
Satin Black-finished 23″ Brabus Monoblock F wheels are mounted with 305/35 Yokohama Advan tires. The adaptive braking system features Predictive Brake Priming, Automatic Brake Drying, Hill-Start Assist, and Brake Hold.
The interior is upholstered in black Nappa leather with Designo Classic Red Nappa quilted leather inserts on the seats and door panels. Equipment includes heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, piano black trim, COMAND infotainment with navigation, a Harman Kardon LOGIC7 surround-sound stereo, and a microsuede Dinamica headliner.
A leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 180-mph speedometer, an AMG-branded tachometer, and gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The odometer shows 75k miles, all of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 5.5-liter V8 was factory rated at 563 horsepower and 561 lb-ft of torque and is paired with a seven-speed AMG Speedshift Plus transmission. The engine wears a plaque signed by the AMG specialist who assembled it. The steering pump was reportedly replaced and the oil was changed in summer 2021.
Power is sent to all four wheels via a two-speed transfer case and three independent differential locks. Brabus USA modified the truck with its proprietary valve-controlled exhaust system. The differential and transfer case fluids were reportedly changed during summer 2021.
The Carfax report indicates the aforementioned damage entries in 2017 and 2019 and lists one-owner history in California.
