Shipping to South America

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping to South America. However, we suggest having our products shipped to a carrier in the USA, who can then handle the logistics for you. Please note that any additional costs incurred by using a third-party carrier are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy / Satisfaction Guarantee:

At YAD Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us first in messages and we will do whatever we can to make things right.

Returns are only accepted on sealed or defective items within 60 days of the order date. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have approved your return request, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please make sure to pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals, and ship it back to us.

Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that we will only issue refunds for the purchase price of the item, and not for any shipping or handling fees.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:
