Attendees will enjoy a 10-course banquet featuring food of Shandong, which is Confucius' home province. Dr.<br />

Xiaoli Chen will talk about the healing properties of Chinese food. Dr. Elise Wong will talk about the Five<br />

Elements Theory of Chinese food. Senior Chef Dongsheng Jing will do a cooking demonstration of a herbal<br />

healing dessert.<br />
