i was a Verizon customer for years and everytime I turned around my bill kept increasing. At the time I switched to Total Wireless i was paying over $80/ month to Verizon, and didn't even have unlimited data...it was exactly the same service as what I am getting with Total wireless now. i was initially afraid to switch, but ever so glad that I did. i purchased the $35 plan initially, but realized quickly that I didn't even need that because I had wifi just about everywhere I went. i dropped to the $25 plan and every so often (1-2 times a year) I buy a $10 data plan card that adds data which rolls over if you don't use it. I have had absolutely no problems with the service, and i originally lived in the middle of nowhere Wyoming when I switched. Now I'm back in NY and definitely have no issues here... they run off Verizon's towers from what I understand. Definitely happy with it, and definitely worth the savings every month. I was able to bring my phone and number to total without having to switch numbers or buy a new phone too.

Plan is affordable, but data was totally non functional once the 1gb ran out. Added more data and that did not work until I re opted the phone the next day. Now the app doesn't recognize my number

Great price, questionable value

when it was only "TOTAL" w/o VERIZON I always ordered a few days early to prevent lapses in service %26 top up always became effective last day of old card. Last 2 cards  of "Total by Verizon" ordered became effective the day I ordered cheating me out of 7 days service on 2 seperate phones

Total was a good company until Verizon got hold of it.  Now they just look for excuses to increase the charges, such as, changing my plan to give me more data without telling me and against my wishes and ignoring me when I requested using my saved points.  Now I'm looking for a new company that isn't going to pick my pocket.

Not all cellphone companies are equal.

Each time I have bought a digital card from this vendor my email account get spammed horribly. After a few purchases I realized this seller is selling your email address and you will get spammed if you order from them. Super unprofessional and absolutely annoying. Buyer beware.
