Your legs may run into the legs of the table. You could position yourself around it and it would be suitable.

I would not try using like a TV table. You would have to straddle the table leg "intersection" I could see myself jumping up and forgetting the setup and flip everything over.

Yes. It was purchased to replace older tv trays, and it works well for that purpose. Kids like to do their homework on them too!

I would say you could use it as a TV tray, although it seems bigger than a regular TV tray. Your legs can go about 7 inches under it. I use it as a craft/work table and it's fine for that.

I think this table would be more of a work table than as a tv tray. I suppose you could maneuver your legs around its legs and use it as a portable dining table for one. Or as a side table, as you mentioned. It is quite versatile. I am 5 ft tall and it is a bit low to stand and do work on it, so if you are much taller, it would be quite inconvenient to stand at and work.

Yes, you can put your legs under it. But it is taller than TV table even if it is positioned on the lowest level. I am 5 ft 5 in. It comes to mid chest. Not good for eating comfortably.

I don't think I would use it as a tv tray. I would worry about catching my foot on one of the legs and toppling the whole thing over.

This tabletop is not actually made from granite, it is made from polyethylene. A different choice would be better for something getting as hot as a grill.

The top is made of a product that looks and feels like hard plastic, but is much stronger. I would not place a hot grill on this material. I believe it will melt or deform.

This work space is plastic and I certainly would not recommend putting a grill on it, unless your grill doesn't get hot on the bottom. It is sturdy enough to hold the weight, I suspect, depending upon the grill, but plastic will melt, of course.

Yes, you can use it with a small table top grill.  What I did was get some of those small paving bricks and put those under the legs and body of the grill, on the top of the table.  It works fine.  The heat from the grill is absorbed by the bricks and doesn&#39;t damage the table top.
