I love the responsiveness, but sometimes it drops connection. I did a bunch of searching on the internet, and saw some people just needed to re-adjust the fitting (or screw it on tighter).  The threads aren't the best fitting and sort of grind a bit when I turn it, but I tightened it up as tight as I could and haven't had an issue yet.

Great pen, tighten fit to avoid losing connection.

Would be better if you can turn the pen over and use the other end as the eraser, like you can with the Surface pen.

I really enjoy writing with the pen but what frustrates me the most is the top button hardley ever works. Sometimes I have to remove the pen from bluetooth and reconnect it to get it to work and sometimes that doesn't even work. The barrel buttons work fine. I can use those but I paid extra to have the extra buttons.

Waste of money.  Very disappointed with this Dell Pen.  It is does not pair with my Inspiron 15.  I followed the Youtube videos how to pair the pen; it shows connected, then it shows not connected.  This pen was replaced with a new pen which does not need to be paired, and works right away with any touchscreen.  Each Dell computer has a specific pen to use.  Research your computer's pen before ordering it.

Horrible pen. Cannot write a single word or draw anything because the line breaks. My phone pen is far better than this. I am surprised that Dell calls it a product to sell. No business ethics. How can I return this pen

Pen won't sync, batteries that came with the pen didn't work.

Not a good purchase!!!

Limited functionality, poor drivers, terrible sensitivity......paired it with $3K tablet and it is a poor imitation of what I get on my iPAD Pro.  Does little with things like Illustrator or other tablet/pen creative needs.  Seems totally geared for note taking and even that has limited functionality with drivers to set up the buttons etc..Super hard to sort out the batteries.

My laptop is unable to down load the driver software that it's supposed to have to run the pen. Dell's website also lists my model as compatible with the pen :(
