I gave them 5 stars because it's my fault the size of the fireplace were posted. but i only checked out the mantel dimensions.  I thought the fire place opening was going to be larger. it is small . other than that the fire looks real. it came in good condition. and works great.

Packaging was very good but gettting it into the house for a couple of 85 year your folks was a bit of a challenge but we did it with tearing the world apart.  It works great and looks extremely nice.  Had to repaint the brushed dark pine to a lighter color as it just did not go with the our decor.

I would by the product again if needed

I am very pleased with this product. it arrived as promised and earlier than promised. There was no assembly required. about 15-20 to unbox and I had a great looking & a great working fireplace. I shopped several different brands and am happy I chose Denali.

I highly recommend this product and would purchase another .

I use in bedroom for heat on those cold mornings but I don't want to heat entire house. It works great for this because I can just turn it off when I get warm. The remote is great. I bought it back in April for an add on to our house but have just recently installed and am able to use. Easy to install and can be moved. Really enjoy it so far.

I would buy this product again

It is gorgeous and it does look like real stone and wood.  I would prefer that the heater and fan portion was located at the bottom of unit or somehow incorporated into the log system.  It takes away from a realistic looking fireplace.  Yep, I definitely don't like the distraction from the flames.  It makes it look like a space heater!  I gave four stars due to the placement of the heater and fan.

I would definitely buy again or anything this company offer!

Pretty to look at but doesn't put out alot of heat which i thought would help me out.

mantle

I put it in my basement. From far away it looks great. Close up you can see the mantle is fiberglass. The logs look more like a small  pile of ash. the flame actually looks great but for some reason there is a silhouette of a flame that is really obvious when you are up close. Overall it looks good from a distance. I haven't used the heat yet.

I would probably pay a bit more for a more realistic version

It would never heat 1,000 sq ft.  It has no fan that you can turn up and move the heat out.  Too much money for a stove that barely heats 300 sq ft.

Buy something else!
