I'm so happy with my cooler dispenser. Just
replace the bottle at the floor level when needed Never need to lift up the heavy water 5 gallon container. The water is always cold.

So far, we are happy with our Brio, we are upgrading from a Primo brand, but enjoy, not having to lift a 5 gallon jug on the top.

I do love it! It's cheaper option, sleek, easy bottom loading, so overall its great. The only issue is that because it's bottom loading the machine will show as empty/new bottle needed, and the hot/cold won't work when there is still some water left in bottle. I figure its probably bexause its bottom loading, but other then that it's great. The hot is HOT, the cold is COLD, and the night light option is awesome. It's quiet all the time, only noise it makes is when refilling or getting water.

I love that the bottle is on the bottom and that I can control the hot on/off function. Was a little disappointed on how fragile the dispensers look.

Fictional

There are a couple of issues I had with this cooler.  First there are only 2 spouts, but three water tempuratures. I found if you have both the cold and the room temp turned on at the same time, you will only get room temp water.  You have to only have the cold water switch on to get cold water.  The switches are in the back so you have to feel around or scoot the unit out a bit to see which ones you are dealing with.  Once I figured that out, I understand you have to physically use the switches  to go from one temp to the other.  I never used the hot water   at all, but I assume this works with it's own hot water spout.  
My second issue is with the "hands free" paddles.  No matter how quick or slow I move my glass, you always get water dripping when you move your glass away. Of course it does drip in the tray, but this bothers me a lot.
Between these two issues, I will be returning this cooler. However If you dont mind fussing with the switches and the drips on your glass %26 hands, it is a decent cooler for the price. Most other self-cleaning units are nearly $300.00 or more.  Of course I did not have this long enough to need to use the self clean, but I want my cooler to have this option. 
The cooler is decent looking, a bit shorter than my previous one, and does not make a lot of noise once it's all set up.  It's a littl noisy when filling your glass, but I didn't mind this.
