All our premium quality plants will be packaged with care and love. We use a lot of soft padding to protect our lovely plants to arrive new homes safely. For live plants, it is hard to guarantee it can arrive in perfect condition. Don't worry slight damages. If some leaves or branches dropped, most of them can grow into a new plant. In rare cases, some kinds of tender plants may be undesired badly damaged during the shipment, and it seems hard to recover. If that happens unfortunately, feel free to send us a message with the pictures of the plant in original condition and original pot within 48 hours after you have received the plants. We will help you out. But We are not responsible for USPS shipping delay damage or mishandling, heat/cold damage.
You can choose to upgrade shipment to USPS Priority. Also, you can add on Insulation Shipping package to upgrade for cold weather protect during winter season.

may can cancel the order for you. After your order has been handled to
USPS, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. For live
plants, it is hard to guarantee it can arrive in perfect condition.

or badly damaged plants which is hard to recover. You can send us
message with the pictures (plants in the original pot, no repotting,
show the damage) within 48 hours after you have received the plants. We

These plants have been grown in greenhouse conditions. They will require bright light 6-8 hours per day. Besides, Water management is important. Water them thoroughly when the soil is dry, usually once every one to two weeks. Also, having well-draining soil is crucial for plants. If you have any other question, feel free to contact us.
