Screen legend Helen Mirren thinks she will be considered sexy ‘until day she dies’

DAME Helen Mirren believes she will be considered sexy until the day she dies.

The actress is renowned for her saucy reputation and said: “I think it’s probably going to follow me to my grave.”

The 71-year-old star made a name as a pin-up in 1979’s erotic drama Caligula and 1981’s Excalibur, then stripped off again in 2003’s Calendar Girls.

She is now married to American director Taylor Hackford, 71, but they only wed in 1997 for the sake of their estate.

She told AARP The Magazine: “We got married, ultimately, for legal reasons more than anything else.
