Tor Espen Aspaas (born September 21, 1971 in Røros) is a Norwegian pianist and musician, since 2006 professor at the Norwegian music school. Aspaas was named in 2016 to the Knight 1st of the Order of St. Olav.
After studying at Liv Glaser and Jens Harald Bratlie at the Norwegian Music School, Aspaas received his solo diploma in 1996 and his first concert took place in Oslo the following year. He has received numerous awards including the Lindeman Youth Award 2004 and the 2005 Levin Award, as well as a soloist with all national and international symphony orchestras. Among the conductors Aspaas collaborated with as soloist names like Frans Bruggen, Vassily Sinajskij, Michel Plasson, Krzysztof Urbanski, Christian Eggen, Bjarte Engeset, Rolf Gupta and Arvid Engegård. With this last as conductor of the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra premiered his Olav Anton Thommessen Piano Concerto No. 3 in February 2011 and Terje Bjørklunds Piano Concerto - dedicated Aspaas - TSO directed by Daniel Blendulf in January 2016.

Tor Espen Aspaas was artistic director of the chamber music festival "Winterfestspill i Bergstaden" in Røros between 1999 and 2008.
