    1 This promotion is valid for sales invoice(s) dated 1 August - 31 October 2018
    2 Program is open to individual partner sales representatives from HPE Partner Ready Resellers with a minimum of Platinum, Gold,
    Distributors are not eligible.
    3 To participate in this promotion, individual partner sales representatives must be an existing HPE Partner Sales Reward (PSR)

    4 If participant's company policy requires prior approval, the onus lies with participants to obtain management consent for their
    use of redemption rewards. HPE and its agent(s) shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the participants’ enrolment on
    their management.
    5 Participants must be authorized to resell HPE-Veeam products and solutions in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Korea (R.O.K),
    Lanka, Taiwan (R.O.C), Thailand and Vietnam. Veeam is not participating in Pakistan.
    6 Last day to submit claims to PSR program portal is 15 November 2018. Any late submission will not be considered.
    7 Valid HPE StoreEasy/MSA configuration that includes only selected products that fall into PL 3V and/or LI - for No Touch MCC 07,

    8 Campaign Points are solely for the consideration of promotion tabulation, not equivalent to PSR Reward Points and/or exchangeable

    9 Prizes are subjected to country availability and may be replaced by another prize of equivalent value.
    10 All submissions will be validated with HPE-Veeam sales records.
    11 Results will be finalised within 30 days following promotion closure and winners will be notified via email from the program.

    Program Terms and Conditions:


    • Applicable to above 4 SKUs, no valid for public sector and subscription SKUs.
    • License type: Perpetual and new licenses only. Subscription, internal and hosting use licences do not qualify.
    • Only one incentive per unique customer. Proof of transaction required (Invoice). Payout on a single category per transaction/deal.
    • Program is first come first serve based on submission date, up to 100 Lic/sockets.
    • Program only valid in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Sri Lanka &
    Bangladesh (excludes Pakistan and SoPac).
    • The program is void where prohibited by federal, state or local law. Registered participants are responsible for meeting any taxation
    liabilities and for ensuring employer permission is granted to participate in this incentive.
    • Veeam reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program at any time with or without notice.
