ATLANTA, GA (November 11, 2011) - Today APD Solutions, LLC(1PDS), a national neighborhood

revitalization firm, hosted the dedication ceremony for Panola Slape, the first mixed-used comrnerclal
and residential development in DeKalb County since 2007. Real e tate professionals, business and iiVi
leaders, including DeKalb County Commissioners Stan Watson and Lee May, joined APDS executive to
plant a commemorative time capsule. The gesture symbolizes A~DS' commitment to restoring and
rebuilding the Hidden Hills district, which was significantly impacrd by the economic downturn.
Located at 5600 Covington Highway, Panola Slope is one of APDS'imany community stabilization
initiatives. Now in its initial phase, the 10+-acre project will offer 23 luxury brownstones and more tha
12,000 square feet of street level retail space. Subsequent plans include midrise condominiums, as we I

as a second phase of brownstones and retail shops. Construction is scheduled for completion in Springl I

Under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3), DeKalb County is undertaking a comprehens

Following brief remarks by Panola Slope's first retail tenant and 0 her notable guests, a time capsule w s.
planted to commemorate the date and time of the event, Novem er 11, 2011 at 11:00 am. In keeping
with its 11-11-11 theme, the container was filled with eleven ite s including the local newspaper,
photos and a letter from Mr. Irons to future residents. The conta ner will be opened in 2022.
