Hello, my name is Rebecca Hampton. I am a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Trauma Profession. I am passionate about helping my adolescent and adult clients develop the skills they need to thrive. The majority of my practice focuses on supporting my clients in regulating their nervous systems, developing strong boundary skills, challenging old belief systems and behaviors, and perfecting the tools they need to move forward. I treat most mental health issues including depression, anxiety, and PTSD and specialize in religious trauma/leaving high-demand religion, intuitive eating, boundary coaching, and elder care.
I am available for online sessions for anyone in the state of Arizona. I have limited office hours on Sundays for in person sessions at the Peoria, AZ location.
