Campo Santo’s award-winning 2016 game, Firewatch, is heading to Nintendo Switch.

The developer announced the port on its website this morning. The blog post doesn’t give an exact release date, but the game is expected to be available for Switch players this spring.

“Imagine: The sounds of a babbling brook, a cool mountain breeze blowing through the timber. And in your hands, your trusty Nintendo Switch,” the blog post reads. “This spring, take your Nintendo Switch on an outdoor adventure and experience the gripping mystery beloved by gamers and critics alike.”

As we said in our review of the game, Firewatch “delivers a deft story about loneliness and paranoia in a world of deceptively far horizons and dreamy vistas.” The game has received more than 10 awards since it was first released in February 2016, including Best Indie Game at the Golden Joystick Awards in 2016. A synopsis of the game from Campo Santo can be read below:

The year is 1989 and you’ve just taken a job deep in the Wyoming wilderness.

Alone for the summer with nothing to do but spot fires, your supervisor Delilah is always just a call away on your radio—and as you’re pulled out of the tower into the dense forest below, she’s your only contact with the world you’ve left behind.

Firewatch is currently available to play on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
