Prestolith® Multi Wax 432132. The product has an excellent moisture displacing and penetrating effect. Leaves a firmly adhering, light-colored protective film after drying. Adheres to bare and painted surfaces. Excellent as a long-term protection for immobilized vehicles or also for garden tools.

Always carefully read and observe the caution texts before use!

Application

1. For optimal processing, bring the product to room temperature.
2. Shake well before use.
3. The substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease.
4. Application by means of a suction pipe gun at a pressure of 3 to 6 bar.
5. The gun can be cleaned with solvent when fresh.

Physical and Chemical Data:

• Viscosity (20°C) DIN 53211 4mm: 30 seconds.
• Density (20°C) according to DIN 51757: approx. 0.85 kg/ltr.
• Solids content according to DIN 53216 (3 hours at 120°C): approx. 47 %.
• Drying (at 20°C, 65% relative humidity):
• Dust dry: after approx. 105 minutes (±100 µ).
• Fully dried: after approx. 5 hours (±100 µ).
• Drying time depends on ambient temperature, humidity and applied film thickness.
• Chemical resistance to: Water, salt spray, oil, light acid and base.
• Temperature resistance (after setting): -25°C to +160°C.
• Consumption at a layer thickness ±200µ wet: ±0.2 kg/m².
• Salt spray test (DIN 50021): up to 1000 hours Ri 0 at 100µ dry film.
• Bending test (DIN 53152 -30°C / +70°C): no cracking, no delamination.
• Shelf life/storage:
• 5 years with proper storage (=10°-30°C, relative humidity of max. 60%).
