Trivia

Development

Lagaf': Les Aventures de Moktar - Vol 1: La Zoubida is exactly the same game as Titus the Fox: To Marrakech and Back, because it was made under licence from a French singer Vincent Lagaf'. Lagaf' is popular in France, but nobody knows him outside, so the hero was swapped.

La Zoubida is in fact the name of a French humorous song by Lagaf", who also released Bô le lavabo around the same time. Still, Lagaf' quickly quit comedy and song to turn to TV shows, so a volume 2 of Les Aventures de Moktar was never released.

Vincent Lagaf' has been presenting the prime time French TV show Le Bigdil, adapted from the American show Let's make a deal, on the first French TV channel (TF1) since 1998. Also, he is actively involved in the organization of an international contest of jet-ski in Cavalaire, on the French Riviera near Saint-Tropez, each year in late September.
