Robert Alan Foster

Robert Alan Foster, age 72, of Joppa, MD passed away on June 13, 2018 at his home. Born in St. Louis, MO, he was the son of the late Robert Cleo and Mildred Colene (Phillips) Foster and husband of the late Judith Foster and Joyce Foster. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, where he was very involved. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged after serving in the Vietnam War, with the rank of SP5. He was very proud of his service to our country. He was also a member of American Legion Post 297. Robert loved God and music.

Mr. Foster is survived by two sons, Robert E. Foster (Shara) and William Greg Foster (Rachel); daughter, Lisa Dawn McCarty (Donnie); three siblings, Barbara Foster, Susan Kay Foster, and Russ Foster; grandchildren, Brittany, Dori, Zach, Todd, Tim, Brandon, Greg, Christopher, Kyle, and Megan; four great grandchildren; and step-children, Kris Pederson, Wendy Roesler, Shannon Pederson- Marders, Melissa Pederson.
