Another Year Older....

Just a message to say WOW!!!! So many birthday wishes yesterday and today and not one said "Have a crummy day".

THANK YOU, EVERYONE, for the lovely birthday wishes. The years have gone by so fast and God has blessed me with WOWderful family and friends. I feel grateful and lucky to have so many amazing people by my side...

It is frightening at times to realise just how fast time flies. Every year is a brand new journey. I have had one chance to be 29, 39 and now 49...However, if there’s one thing I have learned with getting older, it is that it does no good to dwell on that. WHY? Because growing is an opportunity. Physical growth is a given yes, but I’m talking about spiritual growth. I always talk about how each year has been a life lesson with a variety of teachings learnt in-between and it really makes you change the way you view the world and the people you interact with on a daily basis, in business and personally.

In terms of Spiritual WELLBEING -

In the last year I have gone through a lot both in my work and my personal life. Sure, there are things that are time pending, but life, time, and age shouldn’t make us unnecessarily anxious or scared to turn another year older. In a nutshell, there is no other force stronger than SD (self-discipline), and it’s the SD to either look beyond the obstacles that lay ahead of you, get through it, or walk away not because you are unable to complete it but because plans change.

Plans are meant to change, and so is life. And it’s never too late to change your life no matter what your age...
