    New Staffing Update 5/20/2024 We have a new member of the Purchasing team! Please join us in welcoming Amanda Moran as our new Buyer/Expediter. She will have an assigned group of vendors she will be responsible for including those providing fittings, fasteners, and fabrication. The other part of her role will be expediting of parts, for both distribution and production. She will be running the production shortage in Reserve Planning and be the main point of contact for Purchasing in that area. We also want to welcome Amy Driessen in her new position as Buyer/Inventory Control! Along with the strong warehouse/inventory support she has been providing, Amy will be taking over vendor and purchasing responsibility for a large portion of Mark's vendors. Congratulations Amanda and Amy!!

    Staff Achievement!! We are so happy to announce that on May 12, Aaron Dolney has achieved 30 years of service with JM Grimstad! Aaron attended Granite Falls Tech in Minnesota and graduated with a Fluid Power Specialist degree. After graduating, he was hired by Ron Pook and Eric Grimstad to work in the Iowa office in Inside Sales. After about 1 year on the job, he was promoted to Outside Sales and worked in Iowa for 4 years. Aaron then moved to Wisconsin and has worked in Outside Sales there covering the northwestern portion of Wisconsin and various areas of Minnesota. We appreciate and value Aaron's hard work an dedication over the years. Please join us in congratulating him on his milestone work anniversary and wishing him more successful years ahead!

    New Staffing Update 5/12 Please join us in welcoming Ryan Fodor as he starts as an Outside Sales Representative. Ryan graduated last week from the University of Wisconsin- Parkside, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management: Finance and Marketing with a Sales certificate. Ryan will enter into our outside sales training program, which gives him exposure to all the functional areas of business. He will receive technical training and will concurrently be shadowing the outside sales team until he is ready to take over territory of his own! Congrats, and welcome to the team Ryan!

    Good Afternoon! We have 2 new staffing updates: Eric Pascutti accepted the role of Inside Sales Representative. In his new role, Eric will support the outside sales team with quoting and resolving customer issues. He will also assist with special projects and pricing. We are also welcoming Sudarshan Sharma who is our new Chief Engineer. He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both hydraulics and electrical departments. Sudarshan will be working on streamlining the processing of quotes and orders, as well as improve the lead time and address the quality concerns of engineering documents. He will be collaborating with all departments to improve the level of communication and improve the efficiency of document release process from the engineering team. Please give a warm welcome to Sudarshan and Eric for their new roles!
