This is The shitty game. Shittyest what ever
wrote on Amiga. I didn't believe the warnings, I tried it. I would have rather watched the paint dry on the wall.

Don't vote on a game you've never played Eiji. You are destroying the purpose of the whole site!
I have only played the demo, but I recall it beeing rather playable. I would give it a score of 5, but to cancel out Eiji I will now give it 10.

The grafix where quite good for the time.
Too bad the leveldesing sucked. And I couldn't get over the main sprite.
This is one of the examples other platforms would have been proud of. But yes, we did have turrican and things.
But you must bear in mind there was nothing else at the time ...
I think many games released later where way worse than this.

The backgrounds in the game are nice (made use of AGA chip set capabilities). As for the characters well I would have to admit that the green dragon thing as seen in two of the screen shots didn't really work visually (otherwise all okay). There's a nice choice of weapons as well & the general game play is good. It's designed to be entertaining in an amusing way (you are playing a sun glasses wearing kangaroo after all) & it worked for me. Not the best platform game but not bad & deserves some credit for being a bit different.

When Kang Fu was reviewed in magazines in 1996, I was baffled by how someone could sell such a shoddy product. GREED is a fitting name for the developement studio. These people acted like vultures snatching up the last pieces of meat from the rotting carcass of the Amiga market.

Eiji: you say you've never played this, but then you proceed to give it a score of 1. You shouldn't be voting for games you've never played.

I had this game bundled for free on the Professional File System CD. Seriously, stay away from this. PFS was cool, though.

You have to hand it to Great Effects Development. Employing primary school children to draw their sprites was a stroke of genius.

I never played this game, but the screenshots are horrible.
