Question from L.MacDonald: Asked on 19/12/2012 About to purchase an Acer Aspire E1 from yourselves. Can you confirm a couple of things please about this four year warranty:
1) Does it in fact mean the Statutory 12 months warranty plus three years extension or plus 4 years from end of first 12 months?
2) what exactly does it cover (i.e. is accidental damage covered) or, perhaps better still, can you tell specifically what it does NOT cover? Many thanks.
